Once a child's needs have been determined goals will be created and the therapist will work with them individually to meet your child's needs.
a quick tool that looks at a child's LANGUAGE SKILLS and FINE MOTOR skills to determine if a full evaluation is warranted. Measured by a pass of fail.

Mariella Torres-Mendez is a bilingual, Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist servicing the Miami, Florida area. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Saint Thomas University in 2007 and her Master of Science degree from Nova Southeastern University in 2016.
She is an ASHA certified, FL licensed SLP, with over 8 years of experience. She specializes in pediatrics with children ranging in ages from 1-18 years old. She services students in daycare programs and general education programs.
